Sophie visited Mama Bandar Murad at Metro Health Hospital this morning, and we both returned this evening after supper. Bandar's a little annoyed at being in hospital. On the other hand, she loves the food, and she's never shy about telling us or nurses what she needs or wants. We had a nice visit, and Bandar managed to laugh a little and talk to me in Arabic, forgetting as she always does that I don't speak the language. I'll be at Metro tomorrow, June 29, to talk to docs about Bandar's MRI and next steps. We hope to get Bandar into an acute rehab situation as early as tomorrow.
